What your support package includes

One $500 package covers up to two total human service hours in a month when support is requested and provided. Review and administration count toward those hours. Additional work needs an approved quote. We invoice at month-end, due within 15 calendar days.

Clear support expectations

We acknowledge requests within two business days, then agree a completion date. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, Central Time; after 5 p.m. counts from the next business day. No automatic subscription or unlimited support. Third-party tools are separate.

An example to make it concrete

Review failed workflow runs, explain recurring exceptions and make an agreed small adjustment within the monthly allowance. Larger changes are scoped separately.
