We agree fit, scope and price before payment. Sessions and reviews are paid upfront. Implementation and training use 50% before work and 50% on accepted deliverables. Training final downloads follow balance payment.

Review and corrections
You have five business days to review implementation or training deliverables. Silence is not acceptance. We correct failures to meet agreed scope without charge, agree a correction date, and allow five business days to review corrected items. Implementation defects reported within 30 calendar days of acceptance remain covered until resolved. New requirements need a separate approved quote.
Rescheduling and project pauses
Reschedule sessions free with at least 24 hours’ notice. One courtesy reschedule per package covers a late change or missed appointment. If Altura reschedules, choose another date or a refund for the undelivered portion. For required client input, we remind after 10 business days and may pause with written notice after 15; we agree a new schedule when you return.
Cancellation and refunds
Project cancellations are settled against completed work at the agreed valuation and previously approved nonrecoverable third-party costs. The initial payment is not automatically nonrefundable. Sessions/reviews refund the undelivered portion, with completed preparation deducted only if its price was approved before purchase. DeFi allocates $250 per session, preparation included.
Eligible refund reasons
Refunds apply to inability to deliver, unresolved failures to meet agreed requirements after an opportunity to correct, cancellation under the rules above, or excess charges. A change of mind after compliant delivery, unused completed work or unpromised business results does not qualify. We initiate agreed refunds within five business days after confirming eligibility and amount, to the original payment method. Bank processing time is separate.
Your accounts, data and deliverables
You own production accounts and subscriptions. We agree any AI tool, identifiable data and permitted use before processing it. After full payment, you own your custom work and retain a lasting license to embedded Altura components. Third-party licenses still apply. Client materials appear in our marketing only with separate written permission.
Human review and safe operation
A qualified person checks final work before delivery. You approve both training scripts for policy accuracy. We agree automation permissions, test them, and use a manual fallback when needed. Restart follows verified correction and agreed permissions.
