1. Who we are and what this covers

Altura Foundations Ventures LLC, doing business as Altura Foundations, operates this website and provides education and non-financial business services. This policy describes information handling for inquiries, intake, scheduling, payments, delivery and support. A client-specific data-processing agreement may add instructions for work performed on behalf of a business. Browsing this site is not permission to submit identifiable client information to an AI provider.

2. Information we handle

Information may include contact details, language and scheduling preferences, intake responses, communications, agreed scope, approvals, meeting notes, materials needed for the service, and payment status or invoice references. Businesses may provide relevant policy documents or workflow examples. Provide only what the agreed work needs. Do not submit passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, financial-account access credentials, government identification numbers or unrelated sensitive data through public forms or email.

Website hosting may process IP address, browser/device information, requested pages and access times for delivery and security. The site does not add advertising pixels or behavioral-tracking analytics. Language is selected through page links; the videos and fonts are served from our own website hosting.

3. Purposes and human review

We use relevant information to assess fit, agree scope, schedule work, prepare and deliver services, provide requested support, keep necessary business records and protect systems. Our internal workspace can hold client, engagement, intake, meeting and follow-up records. A person remains responsible for fit decisions and final delivery approval. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.

4. Providers, booking and payments

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website, including the sample videos. When you choose to open the booking calendar, Cal.com loads to process the scheduling request and may use its own cookies or technical storage. Its policies apply within that service. If an intake form is provided through Google Forms, Google processes the submitted form data. Email, scheduling and other necessary business providers may process information needed for their functions.

Stripe processes payments and the methods available at checkout. We do not store full card numbers, bank credentials or wallet keys. We access transaction, fee, refund, dispute and payout information needed for support and accounting. Follow the relevant provider’s privacy policy when using its service. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights, or in a business transfer subject to applicable obligations.

5. AI tools and client materials

We use fictional or anonymized information by default for demonstrations and testing. Before identifiable client information is processed by an AI service, we agree with the client on the specific tool, necessary data and permitted use, and verify the relevant settings and suitability. A booking, payment or general acceptance of this policy alone does not grant that permission. We do not make a blanket promise that every provider excludes data from training; applicable processing terms must be confirmed for the selected tool.

Use client-owned production accounts with separate minimum-necessary access. We remove our access after the engagement unless limited continued access is agreed. Client names, logos, testimonials and screenshots require separate written marketing permission. The public training samples use an AI presenter and fictional training content.

6. Retention, security and requests

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the agreed service, requested support, necessary legal/accounting records and dispute resolution. The relevant purpose and obligations determine retention; there is no single universal deletion period. We seek to minimize information and restrict access, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure. Provider locations and processing may include the United States or other countries.

You may request access, correction or deletion, or ask about the handling of your information, at info@alturafoundations.com. We may verify identity before acting and explain applicable limits, including records we must retain. We handle requests under applicable law; this policy does not waive statutory privacy rights.

7. Families, schools and recordings

Public inquiry and booking forms are intended for adults and authorized organization representatives. Do not submit children’s personal information through them. For family, school or community activities, an authorized adult coordinates the engagement and any necessary permissions and information handling before collection. Contact us if a child’s personal information was submitted inadvertently. Meeting recording is not included by default; any proposed recording requires a separate agreement on permission, use and retention before it begins.

8. Updates and contact
