A closer look at one workflow

Before changing the work, understand where it gets stuck.

A diagnostic gives one recurring process the attention it deserves. The map makes handoffs and unanswered questions easier to discuss together.

What we examine

One process and its owner. How work moves between the inbox, a spreadsheet, your existing tools and the people responsible.

What you receive

A current-state map, feasibility and risk findings, and a recommended next step. A fixed build quote only when the work can be responsibly scoped.

You can stop after the diagnostic.

No build is required. A $750 diagnostic followed by a $3,500 build totals $4,250, excluding tools and optional care. There is no automatic credit.

Scope first. Clear payment steps.

We review fit and scope with you first. Full payment is due before your sessions or review work begins.
